Our thorough Weekly, Bi-monthly, Monthly Home Checks consist of;
Securing all doors and windows
Examination for any damage inside and outside
Any water damage or leaks
Check lighting for bulb outage and power on
Any visual damage to appliances and furnishings
Any visual damage to decks, siding and any other aspects of a ground visual examination

Our thorough Storm Home Check consists of;
Visual inspection of any damage to exterior and interior, including windows, doors, siding, trim, decks, walls, flooring, ceiling, appliances, furnishings.

This Storm Home Check could be a One-Time after Storm, Pre-Storm, or after maintenance Home Check

Our thorough One-Time Home Check consists of;
Any specific reason to the customer why we would do this Home Check.

Reasons for Home Check could be after maintenance was performed to report on completed work.

Any reported damage previously to observe progress. Or could be the same as the Monthly, just as a One-Time Home Check, due to an out-of-town vacation, rental house post/pre-season Home Check.

This One-Time Home Check would be billed depending on the particular circumstance around the Home Check.

All Home Checks performed have a checklist of items for our professional to examine.

A detailed report will be emailed to the customer after the Home Checks are complete. Home Check OBX would need access to the customer beach house whether a code or key to access any time of any day.
